· Door-to-door 24/7/365 Service - We arrange red carpet air passenger service and cargo transportation including all associated ground services such as expedited trucking, aircraft and vehicle loading and unloading, customs, all required paperwork and other ancillary airport services. We also arrange courier transportation of small parcels as well as organ and tissues used for transplantation. As a 24-hour-a-day operation, your request is always handled by a professional dispatcher no matter when the need arises.

· Quality Assurance - As part of our ISO procedures, we grade our vendors after every trip to provide the best quality assurance in the industry. This review process is on-going with current insurance certificates and licenses required to be on-file.

· Security - Grand Aire's Operation Center is located within a secure facility at Toledo Express Airport in Swanton, Ohio. Our personnel have security clearance through The Transportation Security Administration. All of our computer servers are located in a locked secure IT Room within the building. All data is backed up daily off-site and all records are maintained for at least seven years from the date the service is provided.
