Customer Service Representative / Receptionist Expires On: 31 Dec 2017

Requirements: Successful candidates should have CSR and/or dispatch experience in a transportation environment. Experience in handling expedited freight is a plus.  Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and be able to clearly  interact with customers via telephone and email. A high school diploma or higher is required for this position.


1. Provide air charter quotes to customers.

2. Determine the most suitable aircraft and ground transportation for the mission.

3. Perform trip set up duties.

4. Perform flight following and customer service activities.

5. Complete trip closeout activities.

6. Collect and record billing information.

7. Maintain & update Grand Aire's ADS customer and vendor databases.

8. Acquire final pricing from all vendors.

9. Enter service issues into the ADS Service Issue System as appropriate.

10. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
