We flew into Toledo Express to clear customs from Canada and to get fuel at Grand Aire. On checking weather, we decided to wait until the next day for more favorable weather. Kurt was so helpful in quickly getting us a rental car at a great price (Enterprise here is wonderful) and getting us a discount at the hotel of our choice. We rented hangar space for the night, bought fuel and couldn't be happier with the service we received from Rob and everyone at Grand Aire. We'll be back for sure. Thanks for the awesome service!!!

Just wanted to say what a pleasure the FBO is, I have stopped in three times on my way back to Indiana on my way home from Boston, and have always been greeted promptly by the friendliest people I have met.  The facilities are always super clean, and my turn around time to re-fuel is incredible.  The first time in, we just beat a thunderstorm in, and your people pulled my plane around and up right next to the hangar away from the wind.  I posted the same comments on the AOPA airports website.  Thanks again for setting the standard that all of us should strive for.

What a GREAT facility, and friendly staff. Chose this FBO due to fuel price, and our short 1.5 hour stay there. Hoped I'd have chosen wisely. I DID! Don't know anything about the other FBO on the field, but Grand Aire is well worth the trip to the far west end of the GA Ramp. Lots of room, squeaky-clean bathroom, comfortable furniture to relax on, plenty of free snacks, courtesy cars, and a fast attentive staff. I would recommend them, and will use Grand Aire again. Great job guys, thank you!

"Very nice FBO!  We came in on a Saturday morning. It looked to me like there was only one person working at the FBO. Even with only one person working, he provided the service of several people.  He had a fuel truck waiting on the ramp when we arrived, helped us with our bags, got us a hotel room and called the shuttle for us. The FBO feels warm and has a Starbucks coffee machine. The only downside was the computer we used to file our flight plan was pretty old but overall the best FBO on the field!"

Diverted into TOL just after midnight when weather closed primary. Wonderful service - Darrell (sp?) did everything we needed and more. Next time through I'll plan to stop there.

Here today in our Turbo Commander; Nice lobby area for passengers and crew. Good fuel prices. Roomy ramp area and great service overall.
