I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a great job your team did on this shipment.  Joel and Todd carried this difficult load through to the end with their usual thoroughness and excellence.

Joel had the plane and driver in position as requested, when my customer's product did not arrive from customs for several hours after promised, Joel and Todd kept us in the loop with driver location, detention, duty hours and updated ETA's.  Todd followed through with details until delivery last night at 10:30pm.  We were never in doubt about what was happening, nor was our customer.

We are both very satisfied with this air charter from Grande Aire.

Grand Aire is providing a service you can be proud of.

Once again, you guys have been great. Both Ken and Ben were fabulous to deal with. You made this very easy for me and made me look quite good to ****** and an upset customer. I am not necessarily a "Pro" when it comes to the cargo situations.

You two took it by the horns, got it done, were not too pushy in pre-booking, and updated perfectly. Your times that you gave us were dead on and even earlier that quoted in regards to arrival at the customer's.

You are now the only Air Charter Company I will ever use.
